Society members consist of graduates and undergraduates of the University of Cambridge who either studied at the Department of Land Economy, or having studied in other fields have since moved into the Property Profession.

At any one time we have over 4,000 students from more than 80 countries benefiting from our courses – all taught by tutors with extensive industry experience.
We cover almost every property-related topic at diploma, degree and postgraduate level, as well as providing professional development courses and tailor-made corporate training solutions. Our active research programme contributes to knowledge across the profession, benefiting businesses, practitioners and policymakers alike.
The final step in the formation of CoreNet Global took effect on 1 May 2002 when the UK chapters of NACORE and IDRC became CoreNet Global UK, thus completing the creation of the new organisation at a national, regional and global level with approximately 7,000 members worldwide.
The UK Chapter aims to represent the business and public sector occupier and to unify the profession of Corporate Real Estate through a multi disciplinary approach to education, networking, research and communication. The UK Chapter remains the second largest of more than 50 Chapters with over 450 members, and the UK Board’s aim is to continue to value for all its members.
