We're working on a major new release of Reorb over the next two months, which should dramatically improve your ability to discover and organise your contacts and address numerous suggestions we've had from you. We will be bringing the features live as soon as they are ready: the first instalment includes a number of small user requested features.
If you are using the Find contacts, events, or groups pages, you can now check boxes across multiple pages, and when you click on the button in the bottom left to add the items to Your contacts, events, or groups, it will add all of the items you've selected rather than just the items on the current page.
When you are filtering the Contacts or Research section by organisation, the automatic drop down will display only the organisations who have users or have uploaded research, and will be sorted alphabetically based on the first letter you typed. Also, when you click on a user's organisation on the Find or Your contacts pages, it will run a search of all users from that organisation.
When entering your employment history or qualifications, you no longer need to enter dates, and if you would like to, you no longer need to enter a day, just a month and year.
You receive daily alerts about your account activity by default. You are able to change this to weekly or instant by clicking on "Profile" and then "Alerts". From now on you will only receive information about new connections in your daily alerts on Thursdays.
If you click on the Find groups page, this is now ordered by the number of members in each group, rather than when each group was created.
Our welcome screen now includes links to more recent blog entries, as well as key stats about the number of users, organisations, research reports, events, and groups on Reorb. |
